Tom and Tim met outside Mr L's house, after both only having a short run to get there, sadly David who was going to be joining us couldn't make it but we continued anyway. We found the right house, and met Mr L's friendly neighbour who grilled us on who we were and why we wanted to come inside. After a quick explanation she helpfully let us in and introduced us to Mr L.

Mr L got out of his old bed for the last time and explained he was getting a new one in a few hours and the council were coming to collect this one in the morning so could we put it outside .

Tom found some gloves and we got to work clearing the bedding to find the well used mattress below, it practically folded itself in half it was so well used so it easily fitted through the door into the garden. After moving the bed frame outside as well we gave the floor a quick sweep.

"that floors not been swept in 25 years" said Mr L.

We said goodbye to Mr L and wished him a good night sleep in his new bed.
