It was lovely to reunite with Mrs S and share stories about our Christmases. Mrs S enjoyed seeing her family this year and enjoyed the Christmas Dinner her neice brought round for her.

We caught up on all the Christmas TV viewing we had done (we share a love of crime dramas especially Vera).

I went back to work on Thursday, which was painful, however I told Mrs S about a good book I had found (see photo) although this isnt connected to my line of work in Human Resources...or is it?

It was nice to visit her whilst it was still light (when I arrived) and we are both looking forward to the daylight lasting longer over the coming months.
