Ms H needed to cash in cheques and as she is shielding she’s unable to go to the bank. She gave me her consent letter, cheque books and off I went to NatWest. I started thinking it’s me in a bank... it’s a sign I need to swap to NatWest! I successfully cashed in her cheques and delivered her cheque book back... all done! She was very thankful!
