1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

A Thursday morning mission to pick up some medication and essentials from the pharmacy and drop off to the lovely Ms J. I’ve gone to help Ms J a few times but have never been able to get the morning slot because of work. She was really grateful I was able to make it early today!
