Mulch Ado About Nothing
18 GoodGymers made their way 5.5km to help the Heeley Development Trust in Sheffield.

We braved freezing temperatures to run just over 5k, helping Heeley Development Trust spread mulch in Heeley People's Park. The risk is snow threatened the task, but never happened - so we were free to do our GoodGym thing.
We met Fabulous Frank of the trust at the Crow's Nest sculpture in the park, and quickly set to the task to avoid getting too cold.
There were 3 teams...
- Shoveling
- Barrowing/ bucketing
- Raking
We got through a huge pile of mulch in the time allowed, and will be returning in the future to help the Trust out more.
On the way back we kept warm by...
- Hill sprinting
- Indian running
We stretched on our return to base, heading into the Showroom for some warmth.
Terrific Tom is back next week for some plogging fun.
