I'm new to running and slowly building up my distance. I live in between Lewisham Hospital and Mrs McG which meant running in one direction and then back another and then again - so I had the motivation to get back on it and hit my third ever 5k!
Mrs G was happy to see me and hopefully I can help again soon!
