Here's what Ms J of BN2 had to say about the mission:

Ms J was so thankful for the task and said that both runners that visited were lovely.

Ms J of BN2, mission beneficiary

Fresh from the East Sussex Maverick in the blistering heat yesterday, Michael ran up to Woodingdean. I met him there on the bike, having no mega achievements from yesterday to meet Ms J. Ms J had moved UP and OUT of Brighton town centre to the quiet and beautiful surroundings of Woodingdean on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Having moved only two days before hand, Ms J was grateful for the extra help and shifting boxes that were temporarily stored in her garage. Michael and I brought them up to the house so that Ms J could sort through them and start turning her new house into a home. We took a break to admire Ms J's fantastic view and talk about what Goodgym does in Brighton and across the country. Leaving Ms J with a busy afternoon of rediscovering kitchen utensils and other house hold items, Micheal and I headed back into Brighton.
