Morning runs are Bed-er?

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

A run through Highbury fields to the task on a lovely sunny morning made me contemplate that maybe morning running is the way forward? It was my second ever Goodgym mission and the task was to disassemble Mr J’s bed so that he could return home from hospital.

I’m not sure DIY is my strong point so I was very happy when a much more experienced Goodgym runner Kapil arrived.

After convincing me to volunteer to write the run report……all that was left was to decide whether we use the power tools or not? We decided that we could probably manage without and we made light work of disassembling and moving the bed.

It was a nice way to start the day……maybe I’ll give morning running another go?
