4 GoodGymers made their way 10.0km in a race in Slough.

What an event!
Runners of all abilities, children's mile race, boats, sharks, shell bras... it had it all going on at 2023 Beat The Boat Race.
With 5 boats to race against and processo, beer and water en route... whats not to love about this event!
We had some times in mind and very happy to say that we all 'BEAT THE BOAT'!
The course was trial yet totally manageable. Areas of long grass and single file running but by the time you reached that section you were in a crowd of people at your pace anyway.
Best bit... seeing all our junior parkrun runners doing the 1 mile race and the adults volunteering - well done to you all
