Gwyn and Tracey ran with David Denton and his friendly team for the fourth session in the Derby Midweek Series.
Lots of pleasant chats with the other runners after the run - more time for Gwyn to chat than for Tracey, as he was 4 minutes faster!!!
Mild, dry weather - the perfect condition for running, and a good turn-out for the evening, though there is always room for a few more if other GoodGymers would like to join us for the fifth session on 12th January 2022.
