Mean feet

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

This evening we helped Mrs R's son clear out a top floor bedroom so that she can move in there once she's discharged from hospital.

This involved moving several bin bags and a few items of furniture bigger than we were down 5 flights of stairs. A king size bed base nearly caused us a problem as the feet kept getting stuck in the doorframe, but after a few minutes we managed to perfect a foot-removal wriggling manoeuvre and complete the task.
