The least gym-like GoodGym mission I have ever done! I needed to drive over to big Sainsbury's to do my own weekly shop today, so made efficient use of the trip to do some shopping for Ms J too, and dropped it off on my drive home... At least my car is a fetching shade of GoodGym red!
