4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham in Hammersmith and Fulham.

A wonderful evening celebrating the volunteers of Age UK H&F, and a great shoutout to Biscuits for his ongoing support to a wonderful organisation.
Helping to serve the food and drink for the night, we helped the event go off without a hitch, with all four runners getting equal opportunities serving drink, food and doing the dreaded washing up!
