magical mystery
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.2km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

Last night Fiona ,Rob and Chris met up for a magical mystery run that Chris had ran parts of the route before that he had planned but never the whole thing. So, we had no idea how long the run would be!
Thankfully it was a nice flat run with only a few small uphill segments, even with a nice run along a cycle path meaning we could all push a little harder.
With the nights starting to get lighter again, we are nearly back to the months we can start littler picking and gardening for the residents of Trinity Close and the two care homes.
We will be back next week to do more running and good, hope to see you there!
