The Love Luton Runfest saw hundreds of Lutonians and visitors come together to enjoy running on closed roads for 5k, 10k or a half marathon! Those who signed up for the half marathon also had to face the scenic hills of Luton Hoo. The hilly bit came first while energy levels were high then the course flattened out as we came back into town and got a crowd boost from the many spectators. Next, a chance to see and cheer on the 10k and 5k runners heading to the end of their distances before a loop around Barnfield and a scenic winding route through Wardown Park, where our fantastic GoodGym marshals were cheering us on. Then it was back to St Georges Square for more cheers, medals and tea!
