Lovely day for a PB
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Portsmouth.

Shane and I ran the parkrun with his relentless enthusiasm and quick step helping me get a PB for the year! We had a lovely drink on the peir afterwards before heading back. Last run on the original southsea parkrun route before it moves next year.
