Little House of Triffids
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Barnet.

Two Goodgym members agreed to move around some furniture to enable a hospital bed to be moved downstairs, allowing Mrs M to return home. Safely equipped with attractive plastic aprons by a very appreciative occupational therapist, Paul and Harry bravely survived their encounter with the enormous house plant.
