Today GG Kat and Ash visited Walthamstow Wetlands. With Ash's dad's litter picker in tow, Kat got to work litter picking, ready set go!

There were lowlights and highlights, As well as post litter pick cake and flat whites.

Litter picking a wetland kids nappy was not great, but thinking positively Kat got some arm work in carrying the excess weight.

Ash: 'I've never seen a Kingfisher you know', and 15 mins later, we spotted a one, what a good show.

On our way back, 100m from the gift shop and cafe Ash spotted a brand new squidgy plastic hedgehog laying in the path. Kat picked it up, and gave it a bath, and placed it safely out of harm's way, Here's hoping the family who lost it, finds it back on the way :)
