Catching up with friends, the little people wanted to do some litter picking.....great idea kids, let's grab the pickers, some bag, some roller boots/blades (litter picking essential item) and off we went.

Rose gardens, seafront and then around Canoe Lake over a 3hr period.....maybe roller boots/skates aren't essential after all??

Much fun was had and 2 bags of litter collected, mostly from canoe lake and I mean the lake. The kids were determined to get the litter so the swans couldn't 😍. More grey hairs for me holding the rubbish bag and ready to pounce on a child should they lean too far, but they did amazing, finished off with the mums doing the path on the roll home.

Limited pictures as too busy stopping a child falling in the lake or picking up a child who's rolling skills aren't as fab as their litter picking!
