Levelling up
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

On an Autumnal Sunday morning one Good Gym runner attended the community mission at the Ringway Centre; the mission being to help out in the woodlands being developed there. The tasks were threefold, to dig out tree stumps and rocks, to weed and mainly to move soil from raised areas to lower areas to create a more level surface. After a couple of hours the area was weed free and much more level.
