For the second consecutive lunchtime, I headed out on a 3km GoodGym cycle ride - this time to help a lady in Clerkenwell.

She just needed her electricity metre topped up by £20, so once I'd found where she lives, it was a simple task to pop over the road, get her token topped up and return it to her.

This quick task allowed me time to meet my wife at St Pancras to get a takeaway curry before returning to work.
