After a wet run to Ms G's home we were happy to get inside and get moving. It was a simple task of moving all the furniture from the bedroom to the living room so that the carpet could be removed and new flooring put down. In doing so we were able to create a giant tetris board of furnishings in the living room and had to be careful not to get ourselves backed into a corner and wedged in by a bed or a chest of drawers. We lifted each item in size and weight order and got the two awkwardly leaning towers of wardrobes out near the end. With a bit of pivoting and shuffling with difficulty we were relieved to discover that it was actually on wheels! The last challenge was to get it to fit in its slot in the living room without toppling over. The room was cleared in no time and we were back on our way for a nice jog back for part of our return journey together in the drizzle.
