Four gorgeous Goodgymmers and one very tired Gramps enjoyed a lovely evening stroll around Wood Green as they delivered leaflets for the Haringey Arts Festival.

Absence makes the art grow fonder

After a couple of weeks out, Gramps made his glorious return by grumpily and loudly failing to do any running, but instead trying to bribe Goodgymmers with a whistle-stop tour of all things arty in Wood Green - never knowingly not on brand!

We were handing out and delivering leaflets for the Haringey Arts Festival happening in Wood Green next week. Looks like a great three days of arts, comedy, writing and more fun stuff so it was a joy to do the rounds in N22 delivering the flyers.

We learned that rage is apparently a great running aid (we'll leave the Goodgymmer who enlightened us about this unnamed for now) and that Kapil is very good at doing the gymnastic rings.

And after 494 days waiting, we are happy to say that group runs are coming back! Our first GGHaringey Run will be next Wednesday 21st July and there are plans afoot for a social afterwards too. Details to follow.

Thank you for taking us on an arty tour of the Green. Some priceless murals on display and oh so hidden.
