Late surge at the Vaccination Clinic

It was a slow start at the vaccination clinic this morning, seeing patients with appointments and a few walk-ins. People were delighted that they could mostly have their 'flu jab at the same time. I was mainly on the booking-in system and directing people into the vaccination area. By 11.30, everyone seemed to come at once, the queue grew to out of the door and we had to turn anyone away who hadn't formally booked their jab. Moral of the story - get in early if you haven't booked your place!
