Keeping the weeds at Bay!

Rebecca and Rosanna from Southwark met Mrs C who needed some help with her garden. Struggling with arthritis, she was unable to clear the weeds to enjoy her garden. She wanted the weeds clearing to the end where a big beautiful Bay Tree stood, allowing for her to enjoy a clear path. Due to the downpour yesterday, the strimmer didn’t come out so Rebecca chopped all the grass down by hand. The worms were rescued and put in the soil. We avoided being entangled by bindweeds as we were encouraged for our ‘good work’ by the neighbour watching next door. Mrs C was thrilled with what we did and loved Rebecca’s toadstool and solar light arrangement. We had a little chat about books with Mrs C before heading back home for the afternoon
