3 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning Wayne, James, & Anne carried out various roles at the junior park run.
Wayne & Anne ran 14k between them this morning before park run, while James had planned to go for a long run later in the afternoon.
James was mentioned this morning by the run director as this morning was his 200th volunteering role, his 150th volunteering occasion, and his 100th time volunteering at junior park run, a hat-trick of accolades. 👏🏽
This morning 73 young runners got up on this dull morning to run the 2k course. The quickest time was a fantastic 07:07; all the runners did so well this morning.
On Wednesday we will be in Knaphill helping prepare food parcels with the Salvation Army to be given out to families over Xmas. 🎄
