4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning myself James, Anne, & Mel carried out various roles at the junior park run. Anne ran 7.5k this morning while I managed 11k🏃🏽
James was run director this morning and did a fantastic job. Myself, Anne, & Mel were at various points on the 2k course as Marshall’s cheering & supporting the 105 runners that took part.
The winning fastest time was an amazing 07:19 & there were plenty of PB’s.
This Wednesday we are at the community fridge in Knaphill hope to see some of you there.😃 Regards Wayne
