Junior Park Run. 🏃🏼♂️💨
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

On this grey but dry morning Wayne, James, Adam, & Anne carried out various roles at the junior park run.
In total Wayne, James & Anne between them ran 26km this morning while Adam did a total of 25km yesterday as well as a lesson of body pump so was feeling a little sore this morning but still managed to walk over to the Park to help out. 😄
In total this morning there were 110 young runners who took part with many first timers which was great to see. The fastest time was an amazing 07:29 we also had 25 PB’s, Well done everyone.
This coming Wednesday we are at the RSPCA where we are clearing the brambles. 🌿
