There's nothing more rewarding then looking after the beautiful Danson Park and the awesome wildlife that habitats it. Todays Goodgym run was all about welcoming new members to the Bexley crew. We met at our usual Monday night location for introductions. After a quick safety briefing, warm up and handing out of equipment, we had a steady jog round into Danson Park. It was quite refreshing to be running as a group in day light to do a task. It was also reshreshing as we were also running into a -5 wind chill :-).......This however was a good thing as it really got us moving to warm up quicker. I don't know what it is about litter picking. All of a sudden it turns into a competition to see who can get to the rubbish first so it turns into a very could fitness and cardio workout. All this whilst doing awesomeness for our local community and enjoying the great outdoors. SHOUT OUTS!! Big shout out to Paul ** for smashing his first Goodgym, **Cheryl for being Bexley Goodgyms first Coach runner, to Sarah and Susan for all the support you have giving me and Goodgym Bexley, last but not least everyone one of you fab Goodgymers we have come out during last year no matter what the weather and help us made our community a better place. Bexley Goodgymers, we're back Monday usual time and usual place so we really hope you can join us. Its going to be a brilliant 2018.......
