Here's what Mr D of W2 had to say about the mission:

Feedback from the referrer: "Thank you so much Judith and Good Gym for spreading some Christmas cheer to Mr D, and for sharing photos, as I am unable to visit Mr D. He is absolutely delighted with his tree and lights!"

Mr D of W2, mission beneficiary

It twas 13 days before Christmas, and Goodgym was in the house, not a task too small, not even... decorating Mr D's Christmas tree.

It was time to up the festive ante in Mr D's home and bring him some festive cheer. Step forward one of Goodgym's very own elves, ready to make Mr D's home sparkle.

Mr D had rummaged through every corner of his home to present a whole host of decorations that he wanted to be put up. The first task was to unfold his Christmas tree and set it in its rightful place. Then came the lights. Usually a dreaded task at Christmas, but last year Mr D had very carefully packed them away and they unfolded like a dream! After some careful choreography to get them placed around his home just the way Mr D imagined, the final task was to adorn the top of his tree. What else, but a pair of elf ears, for a final touch of personality.

Santa, Mr D's home is third from the left and is a beacon of festive cheer. You can't miss it!
