It's All Uphill from here

Sol, Juli and Sheila turned out to help out with marshalling at Maidenhead Athletic Club's hills-climbing session. MAC members (including our very own Amy) were running up and High Town Road in sets of reps to improve their fitness and endurance. They took over the road rather, so marhals were required to warn any traffic that came down the roads and keep the runners safe. We witnessed some impressive running, and the coach was also sharing some running tips with us, which Sol put to immediate effect when she ran home. An enjoyable evening, but we were glad we were marshalling rather than running!
