Is Tyler pissed again?

The last run before Christmas. The last run of the year. And what a year it has been.

Starting the evening with Quality Street and a gossip we then went on to complete two massive tasks. The first was at Myatt's field helping clear up for Streetscape and as always Guy had loads for us to do. The other task was at Brixton Youth Centre helping them clear up for a festival they are putting on. Our help was really important as the festival is to raise money to keep the youth centre open.

So much work was done. As always, you guys really put everything into it - as you have done all year.

And so it was off to the pub to have a few drinks to celebrate Tom's birthday and all the hard work everyone has done this year). In all seriousness, I cannot thank you all enough for making Good Gym the best thing I have done all year, for making me welcome, for helping me out EVERY SINGLE WEEK and most of all for making Tuesday night my favourite night of the week.

Happy Christmas. Get off your faces in cake and turkey. Be very very merry. Eat a selection pack befor breakfast and stay in bed until midday at least once.
