2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Croydon.

With a 5k to Mrs L’s we were warmed up ready for a morning of pottering and soil shifting. She provided fantastic tour of her allotment (and her 7 year old fig tree) where we helped move compost from her house. (No worms were hurt in the completion of this mission)
