In the park for a lark
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

Area Activator Simon and Finsbury parkrun volunteering regular Patrick helped out at this super popular free weekly timed event in North London. After a call out for extra volunteers on Friday, Simon and Patrick agreed to be the finishing token team- handing out timing chips at rapid fire pace for the 550 participants who completed their 5km run on Saturday morning. It took some skill and some exceptional coordination, but we got it sorted!
