Who let the dogs out.....
Woking GoodGym went to the RSPCA in Chobham
Well done to Mandy, James and Mark who took on the dog agility pen, they did more than just tricks and managed to tidy up the area which had been overgrown with brambles.
The group runs at the RSPCA is great fun, and a great way to see some animals. I'm not sure what Nick enjoyed the most, there seemed to be quite a lot of animal photos.
A massive well done to James who RAN to the group run, he clocked an extra 5km!!
James has done an amazing job, from when he first started at GoodGym to where he is now, its great to see his performance and fitness improve - a Good Luck for this weekend in the Bagshot Brutal.... Enjoy the Hills! He will be joined by GoodGym member Wayne!! Let us know how you get on!
