The students are away but that didnt stop the play at Goodgym Bath and with our Three Amigos ready and willing to take on a 5k run plus a hilly task at Bath city farm Bagging up manure and manoeuvring it down the steep field full of (not so wise) sheep.

A very warm welcome to Hannah today on her first run with Goodgym, but she has been following the group closely while away at university and was itching to MUCK IN pardon the pun. Also great to have Godfather Dave across from Bristol to lend a helping hand showing his great commitment to everything Goodgym.

A steady start to warm up and head downhill on the south side of Bath with its amazing views of the city, it can only be Bath city farm where we were greeted by the lovely Alexis and mark. They soon had us working hard bagging up manure and taking it down a very steep field to the orchard beyond the ( not so good at escaping) sheep, although they were seen chasing a man across the field on arrival.

Two barrows and spades we made a start shovelling that s**t into bags before loading it up ready to take to the orchard and at one point we thought we had a helper in the form of DONALD THE DUCK who was getting rather excited at the prospect Dave was uncovering some juicy worms for lunch, some of the other ducks were pre occupied doing something else, not sure I should go into detail on this one but it made us all smile.

Working in unison WE THREE AMIGOS soon had A SWEAT ON whilst NET and BET were like cats on a hot tin roof and taking it in turns to throw themselves off in true 007 style and boy they are cute. 18 bags and two barrows full later it was time to pack up and grab a nice cuppa with brownies and a chance to chat about various things that have been going on at Goodgym, we even took a trophy for todays efforts (ok it was Bath in bloom for the farm) but we felt the glory for a moment.

Time to say goodbye and head back up the hill for a stretch out back at base and a chance for Hannah to shine with todays pun, she can definitely come again.

Thanks guys for Stirling job ... WELL DONE
