Mrs Y needed a small parcel and a couple of letters to be posted to Italy, so a short bike ride in the sunshine to her address to pick up and find her nearest open Post Office (which fortunately was only a few minutes walk away and with the added bonus of having both no queue and a friendly shopkeeper).

All done quickly and without any problems and then back to her front door to drop off her change whilst doing a bit of sightseeing on the walk around a part of London that I've never seen this quiet. I did have to stop myself getting into the lift when there was already one other person in it though - clearly will take a while for old habits to change. The march up and down the stairs did me good!
