2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Luci and I met outside Mr W's place and were taken in to the flat and given our instructions
After assessing the bed that needed removing a plan was formulated and we got to work.
With the bedding all taken off we removed the mattress and threw it over the balcony (very satisfying) then took the bed apart into pieces and took them outside and down the stairs along with the mattress ready to be collected by the council.
After 30 mins we were done and said our goodbyes.
