Our task was to move furniture from an assisted flat so Mr B can have a hospital bed delivered. Out went a bed, a mattress, 2 large bits of furniture, a table, an armchair, an old tape player and a vacuum cleaner that had seen better days. Thankfully there was a lift to move the items downstairs and they were left at the front so Kingston Council could collect the next day. Job complete and Rob and myself cycled off on our merry way.
