Mission

I get by with a little shelf from my friends

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Ana and Jim arrived at Mrs Z’s home ready to put thier Saturday mornings to good use. Mrs Z had a bookshelf and some bags of books/VHS that needed shifting.

The bags proved no problem, but the bookshelf was more tricky. After a few attempts at trying to shift the bookshelf down the two flights of stairs as a whole unit (definitely the awkward shape, not the strength of the GG attendees), we decided that it would have to be taken apart first.

This required a trip to Brixton pound store for a screwdriver (pound shop always delivers!), and an iced coffee.. On return the job was done with ease with our new tool. Job done we headed off to enjoy the rest of the weekend!
