York

Mission

I drought the rain will last

3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.

Sunday, 29th of July 2018

After weeks of the heatwave it was cats and dogs as Mel, Babs and Nick spent an hour tidying Mrs As garden.

It didn’t look like much needed doing until you realized that every inch was covered with small shoots of Mare’s Tails that needed pulling up.

We pulled up 1672 pieces (probably), trimmed the wisteria and were good to go, home for a warm shower (except for Babs who was off to her next mission on the other side of town! - hero)
