I can't be-LEAVES we finished all of that!
15 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Hammersmith and Fulham.

This week 16 of us ran 2.5kms to Maystar estate. We had a range of tasks to complete - from raking leaves on the garden and turning over the soil, to creating a new flower bed and scrubbing windows in the community centre! Just don't ask Aska what she found in the new flower bed..... eeeek! On our route back to base we split into 2 groups - the faster, longer route led by Will and the standard, steady-paced group led by me! After a quick cool-down we headed home happy in the knowledge of another task completed and more elderly residents helped :)
