Today just went down the road to meet Mr K. after figuring out the entry to the flats, we had a little shopping list to accomplish, with organic eggs which contain more vitamin D3, thank you Mr K for informing the rest of goodgym readers of this fact!

It was a Sunday and not all shops were open so I popped off to the local one that was. I arrived at the checkout and surprised by the total was thankful that Mr K. was more up to date with the cost of living than I was!

Not surprised by the shopping bill Mr K was thankful for his shop and we had a good chat about sciatic, swimming baths and trainees! Perfect end to my Sunday.
