How many goodgymers does it take to fix up a strimmer?

Mr M has several health issues and was unable to strim his lawn himself. Not only was it two foot high, but it was getting him down, as well.

He had bought a new strimmer especially to get the job done, but without a screw driver it was hard to fix up. Luckily a local friend came round with the goods.

And I can tell you, it only takes one goodgymer to fix a strimmer, because I was useless. Mr M apologised for not having all the equipment. It didn't bother us "I love doing these things!" said Egg, happy with her challenge.

Whilst waiting we had pulled up lots of big weeds and weeded a patch in front of the house.

And then to the strimming! We took it in turns to do patches. Egg doing random pathways whilst Bec tried to do large swathes. We also raked it up and dispatched of it in the large vegetation recycle bins.

Our last 15 minute saw Mr M come out to join us, visibly happier and more relaxed. "I feel so much better," he said, proudly looking at his now tamed garden. The front looked great but sadly we didn't get time to finish the side. But we will be back again soon to get that done.
