With lightening speed Rachel and myself answered the last minute request to change a couple of lightbulbs for a lady who had recently fallen and was a little weary about climbing ladders to do this by herself, once there we got straight to task and sorted the lighting issues, we then had a lovely chat explaining a little more about what we do as a group and how we could help further.
