Another weekend, another litter pick & poo patrol.

Reduced amounts of waste seem to indicate that things are starting to return back to normal, although the poorer weather lately might have been a factor as well. Still don't understand how someone can throw down a dogpoo bag a mere 2 feet from a bin....
