Hitting the pavements
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Trinity Close Residents Group in Solihull.

Last night saw the return of Group runs to Solihull after a few hiccups the last few weeks with Injuries and our start venue being closed.
Rob and Fiona met up at our start location, the British Legion club. It was good to be back there and say hello to the clubs members that we haven't seen since 2020.
Once we had said our hellos, it was time to hit the pavements and run to Trinity close - having a catch up long the way. When we arrived at Trinity Close were greeted by our fellow GG member Rachel and John one of the residents, who quickly set us to work litter picking the whole close and the main roads leading towards Trinity.
After filling two bags of rubbish and a good chat, it was time to say our goodbyes - Rachel headed off home on her bike, leaving Rob and Fiona to run back to base. Once back it was time for a quick stretch before heading in side for a refreshing drink and another chat with the members of the British Legion club.
We will be back next week, hope to see you there
