Rachel Hollands writes:As a newby to the GoodGym I didn't know what to expect, so I turned up in Canary Wharf and was greeted by the friendly smiles of Mark and Kieran. There where 5 of us that headed out for a pacey run around the Isle of Dogs and some goodness in the middle. We smashed our planting task and got all the plants well and truly planted in St. Johns Park with 20mins to spare.Kieran lead the group on our run back and was well out in front but Mark kept me company on a slightly more friendlier pace. Overall I'm shattered, but feel good all round, and I'm definitely up for next weeks run as long as no one minds me being a few steps behind the crowd on the way home
