Hidden gem in the Parkrun family

If you look it up on the Parkrun website, Roding Valley is not (yet?) on the list of names for greater London, nor does it show on any of the neighbouring runs, it is only found on the map on the main site. It might be a new addition to the Parkrun family (started January!) but Roding Valley feels as familiar as any other, usual relaxed atmosphere and mix of serious and friendly runners & volunteers. With a combination of tarmac and firm grass and barely any undulation the course is an invitation to do a good time. So it comes recommended to those looking to try out a fast course or just want something different!
