After a ropey start where I couldn't work out which foodbank to go to and had to phone Steve in a moment of quiet despair whilst at Catton Pafk run, I rallied and worked out where I needed to go.

Arriving with mere moments to spare I made a heroic entrance to the Chantry foodbank. I was met with a triumvate of lovely ladies who fed me lots of roses chocolates and made me cups of tea whilst we sorted out the confusion of duplicate foodbank vouchers.

Luckily thanks to fellow goodgymmer susanna I brought the biggest rucksack I had as there were a lot of tins to carry. After getting loaded up I teetered off in a wobbly fashion and cycled off to get to Mrs J House to give her foodbank parcel.

Luckily I just made it as she was shortly leaving and she was very grateful. I then celebrated by having a big breakfast at the Greengrocers on Earlham Road.

A good morning. X
